    A: Yes, a direct deposit account is set up when you sign on with Asset.
  • Q: Do I get to see the lease or sign it?

    A: We will sign the lease on your behalf, but you can see it on your owner portal.
  • Q: Do you sell real estate too?

    A: Yes, and we offer our owners a discount for selling their home.
  • Q: How and when do I get my checks?

    A: Payments on or by the 22nd of each month.
  • Q: How long of a lease do you sign?

    A: We normally sign a year lease, anything less would require owner approval.
  • Q: How much security deposit do you charge the tenant?

    A: The deposit is normally an amount just lower than the monthly rent.
  • Q: How soon can you start managing my property?

    A: We can begin management as soon as the Property Management Agreement is executed.
  • Q: What type of reports do I get and how often?

    A: All owner statements, expenses and bills are available in real time on their portal.
  • Q: Who holds the tenant security deposit?

    A: Security deposits are held in a separate trust account as required by law.
