    A: If you do not meet certain criteria of the application process, you may be asked to get a co-signer.

    A: The best way to pay rent is through your tenant portal, but you may also pay by check, cashier’s check or money order by any of our three offices.
  • Q: I want to get a pet. What do I do?

    A: If your property is pet friendly, you need to notify the office for approval then sign the pet agreement and pay the appropriate pet fees.
